Studio Policies
Membership Requirements
All members must sign membership contract. Accounts auto renew each month. Memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment. Membership sessions cannot be shared with friends or family; However, you may share packages.
Cancellation of Memberships
Memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment. If you wish to cancel your membership, please fill out the membership cancelation form at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. You can also freeze any membership for up to two months at a time.
Late Appointments
If you are not able to be on time, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. In fairness to others, your sweat session must end on time so the next scheduled client can begin on time. If you are late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Appointment Cancellation
All appointments cancelled less than 2 hours in advance are considered a “no-show” and will be subject to the $25 appointment cancellation/no show fee.
