Studio Policies

Membership Requirements

All members must sign membership contract. Accounts auto renew each month. Memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment. Membership sessions ​cannot​ be shared with friends or family; However, you may share packages.


Cancellation of Memberships

Memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment. If you wish to cancel your membership, please fill out the membership cancelation form at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. You can also freeze any membership for up to two months at a time.


Late Appointments

If you are not able to be on time, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. In fairness to others, your sweat session must end on time so the next scheduled client can begin on time. If you are late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.


Appointment Cancellation

All appointments cancelled less than 2 hours in advance are considered a “no-show” and will be subject to the $25 appointment cancellation/no show fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What happens if I don't use all of my sessions in a month?

    Your sessions will carry over to the next month but will expire in 30 days. If you cancel your membership, you have 30 days from the last charge date to use the remainder of your sweats. 

  • How often should I sweat?

    This is different for each individual, but the more the better! Based on individual goals to revive to a healthier lifestyle, we recommend 2-3 times per week. For better results, 4-5 times per week. Make sure to stay hydrated!

  • What are your sanitization and cleaning protocols?

    ​Each private sauna suite is thoroughly cleaned after every client. We sanitize all surfaces and allow our infrared pods to fully disinfect between appointments.
